Welcome! As a psychologist specializing in eating disorders and weight management, I believe that every journey toward self-acceptance should be met with compassion and understanding.
With over five years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals of all ages navigate the often tricky waters of body image, emotional eating, and the challenges of finding balance. Food can be a source of joy, comfort, and sometimes confusion, and I’m here to help you uncover a healthy relationship with it.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. Together, we’ll explore your goals and dive into your thoughts and feelings, bust some myths about diets, and develop personalized strategies that work for you. I’m a firm believer in small changes adding up to big transformations, and I’m dedicated to supporting you every step of the way.
When I’m not in the office, you can find me laughing with my little, baking cookies with (well, for, might be more accurate!) my husband, or riding my mare, Calypso. I’m passionate about promoting a positive body image and celebrating every little victory along the way.
