Payton Vallieres

Hi, my name is Payton, and I am a Master of Counselling Psychology intern with Nourish Psychological Services. I have always felt deeply connected to nature and to the healing presence of animals, and I am grateful to bring that passion into my work with clients.

I aim to create a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported in their experiences. My background working with youth has also included supporting neurodivergent individuals and creating a space where their unique experiences are understood and supported. At Nourish, the natural environment and the presence of animals can offer a unique sense of calm, safety, and connection. For some, this alternative setting can make therapy feel more approachable, while the animals at Nourish support the process of healing and self-understanding.

I value helping clients slow down, become more present with themselves, and reconnect with the values that guide their lives. Together, we can explore what feels important and meaningful to you and take steps toward creating a life that reflects those values..

My hope is that therapy can be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself, recognize your own strengths, and move towards a fulfilling life.
